Automatic "Top Clean" Water Filters

Ideal for the removal of debris from groundwater such as sand particles.
Water passes through a 40 or 80 micron gauze filter screen where the debris is separated on the outside, clean water goes through to service.
This self cleaning filter is back washed without the need of any tools or the removal from the pipework, just turn the black knob at the top and the filter strainer is scrubbed with a small brush at the same time the debris release valve is opened and the contaminated water is expelled through the black plastic pipe at the bottom. Continue turning and the valve is closed and the unit is back in service.
